Abstract
This study provides an in-depth analysis of the style and characteristics of Al-Iʻtiṣām by Al-Shāṭibī, which is considered a seminal work in Islamic Jurisprudence. Al-Iʻtiṣām holds significant importance in the field of jurisprudence as it exemplifies the scholarly contributions of Al-Shāṭibī and provides a comprehensive understanding of Islamic legal principles.
