Abstract

Autobiography is one type of biography, which tells the life story of its author, meaning it is a written record of the author’s life. An autobiography is a written account of a person's life, narrated by the individual themselves. It is a form of memoir that provides a detailed and comprehensive record of the author's personal experiences, achievements, and reflections. Autobiographies typically cover significant events, relationships, and milestones in the author's life, presenting an intimate and subjective perspective. Rather than being written by somebody else, an autobiography comes through the person’s own pen, in his own words.
Saqi Farooqi is a prominent UK-based Urdu and English poet. He was born in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh India in 1936. He was migrated to Bangladesh and then to Karachi and finally shifted to London where he died on 19th of January 2018.
