Abstract
In the present era, the concept of human rights has gained significant importance. Today, various organizations and NGOs in the Western world advocate for human rights in contemporary times. However, in reality, Islam presented the notion of human rights fourteen hundred centuries ago in such a comprehensive and detailed manner that by adhering to it, the best social and international relations can be established.  One important development in Pakistan regarding human rights was the formation of the Human Rights Commission of Pakistan (HRCP) in 1986, which is a non-political and non-profit organization. Under this commission, public meetings are arranged to raise awareness of human rights among the youth. Conventions of authors, poets, and artists from all provinces are also held to promote dialogue and discussion on human rights and peace in society. Through this commission, a separate election desk was established to familiarize the public with democratic rights. Consultations were also conducted to clarify the impact of military Civil relations on human rights .This commission has presented Pakistan's records and positions on human rights in the United Nations through online initiatives so that the media and online organizations can be aware of Pakistan's human rights records and stance. The performance of the Pakistan Commission for Human Rights and its basic duties and powers include reviewing existing and approved laws in light of the principles of human rights, formulating practical plans for the promotion and implementation of human rights in Pakistan and more. In this study, an evaluation of the human rights laws enacted in Pakistan will be presented to determine their harmony with Islamic teachings and the extent to which their conformity with Islamic teachings is necessary.
